2) Chapati Frankie
To the 2 mashed potatoes add salt as per your taste, 1/2 tspturmeric powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 2/3 drops of lemon juice and mix well. Heat 2 tsp of oil, add one chopped onion. Once its cooked well, add the potato mixture and add 3 tsp of chopped coriander leaves. Mix everything well. Stuffing is ready. On a Roti ( Indian bread) spread tomato sauce , add the stuffing, add grated cheese on top , fold the frankie and shallow fry using butter. SERVE HOT. YOUR KIDS WILL SIMPLY LOVE THIS
